With her diverse background, dedication to personal growth, and passion for music and community engagement, Natalie brings a unique perspective and well-rounded skill set to her role as Payroll Operations Lead. Natalie’s strong educational foundation and experience in payroll systems implementation also make her well-equipped to oversee and optimize our Payroll Team.

Natalie holds an Associate of Arts degree and a BA in Psychology, along with a Master of Arts degree in Learning, Development and Family Sciences. Her educational journey has provided Natalie with a deep understanding of human behavior, and the dynamics of learning and development.

Currently residing in the Lakewood area of Colorado, Natalie enjoys being an active member of her community. She’s also a devoted mother of a toddler son, who helps her take great care of their beloved cat Remington. In her free time, Natalie recenters with meditation and journaling, as well as by enjoying nature during leisurely walks. Her love of the arts extends to attending concerts and sporting events with the excitement and energy of live performances.
