Crystal is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management. She brings her experience in HR with her to the ASAP team, where she now works as a payroll account manager.

While Crystal was raised in the midwest, she decided to settle in the same state as her Alma Mater. Crystal shares her home with her sweet daughter, Autumn. The two of them can be found doing crafts, playing trivia games, and fishing together.
