Bringing a wealth of experience and expertise, Jen joins ASAP as an Implementation Manager on our Payroll Team. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Counseling from Indiana State University. During her college years, she was an active member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority and continues to be involved as an alumna. Originally from Kokomo, Indiana (not the place the Beach Boys sing about, as she amusingly points out), Jen is now based in Denver, the city that convinced her to leave Indiana.

With five years of isolved experience as a previous Account Manager and Implementation Specialist, Jen is skilled in resolving payroll and HR-related issues promptly and effectively. She diligently reviews project details ahead of implementation, ensuring that client expectations and crucial information are fully understood. She takes pride in independently managing the setup of new clients and strives to provide the highest level of support, assistance, and professionalism to every client she works with.

Outside of work, Jen values her family connections. She has two sisters, one older and one younger, and a younger brother. Her feline companions, Blair Waldorf and Serena van der Woodsen, are a bonded pair of cats named after the iconic characters from the Gossip Girl series. She also loves a wide variety of music, ranging from Taylor Swift to EDM and enjoys live concerts and music festivals, recently attending her first EDC festival in Las Vegas. Jen also enjoys reading, particularly fiction, historical fiction, and romance genres. Lately, she has been expanding her literary horizons by delving into thrillers and mysteries.
