    We will send you an electronic document outlining the fine print to our payroll services, once you sign and complete this form we will begin gathering year-to-date information!

    Year-to-Date Information
    We’ll gather your Employee Information directly from your previous provider and import all of it into our system. To assure accuracy in the year-to-date payroll data and tax payments, we will review and confirm all the information we obtain!

    Cut the Ties
    Once you’ve setup your account with ASAP, inform your previous provider.We’ll work with you to assure you request the appropriate records from them so you never have to wait on hold again!

    Confirm Payment of Past Taxes
    Let us know which taxes your previous provider will be refunding to your account, or with direct access we can determine these amounts for you. From here, we will pay these taxes on your behalf.
