Wendy, Customer Success Manager 1

Wendy brings the gold standard to her role as Customer Success Manager for ASAP. With more than 25 years of experience in sales, operations, compliance and business development; she boasts a proven track record in leadership. Wendy began her burgeoning career in New York with Citigroup and Smith Barney before making her way out west.

While raising her children, Wendy was owner and managing broker of an independent financial consulting firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. However, she and her husband felt a persistent pull towards the majestic mountains of southwest Colorado. Once their children left for college, Wendy knew it was time to get back to the Durango area where they had lived for a brief stint before work pulled them to Phoenix. Wendy and her husband have now called La Plata County ‘home’ for seven years and counting.

While Wendy’s professional experience is enviable, beneath the surface you will find that she has a heart of gold as well. She served on the board of directors for several notable non-profits including: The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Children’s Museum of Phoenix, and Gabriel’s Angels – a program that uses therapy dogs to work with at-risk youth.

As a small business owner, Wendy is keenly aware of the importance good communication and follow through have in building solid relationships with clients. She takes pride in being a trusted resource for her clients, and acts as an integral part of their team.

Favorite hobbies: Wendy enjoys horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, and camping.
