Q: How do I print from within the Quickbooks Hosting environment?
A: Printing is always a challenge from any system, and a hosted environment like this is no exception. If you are using a printer that is not natively supported by Microsoft Windows XP, you may need to co-ordinate a driver install with one of our techs. They will be happy to assist in the process and have not failed at a printer install yet.
Q: What kind of connection do I need to have to use the Quickbooks hosting service?
A: Although a broadband connection, such as DSL or cable modem, is preferable whenever performing tasks over the Internet, a 28.8k connection through a dial-up provider is sufficient to use the Quickbooks hosting service.
Q: How many people can access our Quickbooks file at a time?
A: It depends upon the number of authorized users you have contracted for. If you have only contracted for one authorized user, one person from your firm can be working in your Quickbooks file at a time, in addition to your ASAP Accounting and Payroll professional. You may give your password information to anyone in your firm, but only one person may be active in the file at any given time unless you have contracted for more than one authorized user.
